At JRSYPLUG, all products are made to order and are immediately processed once your purchase is completed. For this reason, we are only able to cancel orders if the request is made within 24 hours of the original purchase.

 

Order Cancellations

• Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

• After 24 hours, production has begun and cancellations are no longer possible.

 

Returns & Refunds

We do accept returns.

• Once we receive your returned item, your refund will be issued as store credit in the form of an electronic gift card.

• Store credit is sent to the email associated with your order.
