It was too late to receive the tshirt and bigger in size and don’t know how to exchange.

1. My order never even shipped until a month later and only because the credit card company reached out. 2. I ordered a child’s jersey and received an adult jersey 3. I sent an email to the company twice and received literally nothing back. SO. MUCH. ROOM. FOR. IMPROVEMENT.

While the jersey is phenomenal, my experience with customer service and shipping were 0/10. The item was ordered on Nov. 30 (for Christmas) and arrived around Jan. 6th. I reached out to customer service several times about the unusable tracking number that was provided and no one ever answered any of my emails. Again, the jersey arrived and is absolutely perfect, but the rest of my experience was terrible.

I ordered for my son in college and he likes it, however he did say it was just a little big so order a size down for NFL. He likes his basketball one and that fits fine
